Change the appearance of PROVIS 4 depending on the registered user. There are templates available to you for this purpose which were produced in advance, and they will allow you to adapt the application to your corporate design in just a few mouse clicks.
Upload your corporate design and set the colours for various elements, such as, backgrounds, for example. No HTML or CSS skills are required to make the changes.
Using the seller administration, authorised users could set up new staff accounts for their branches and provide these with individual rights.
Just save a user name, first name and surname, e-mail address and a password. You can regulate the display of purchase and selling prices, as well as the possibility to place an order.
Make a final decision on your own range for your shop system based on the main range of your application. You could, for example, depending on the season, offer various articles or special premium ranges.
In the shop itself, the newly created ranges are shown in a separate filter as a drop-down. If these are selected by your customer, the selection of the articles displayed will be limited to the properties chosen by you.
Based on the assembly platform, the user can save the selected vehicle and rim configuration for a later visit. The user receives a code in the form of a short chain of symbols which can be entered into the head area of the application. The user is subsequently transferred on to the assembly platform with the original selection.
The configuration can also be exported as a pdf and printed or send by e-mail as a result.
This is a very comfortable tool particularly for B2C customers because their vehicles do not usually change very often and the renewed search for one vehicle is no longer required as a result.
As the shop operator, you also have an additional administrative area. In a summary list, all the configurations are displayed which are saved in your application. With each code, you can also provide further information on the vehicle owner directly when saving, such as their customer number, first name and surname or the vehicle registration number.
TIP: If you have booked various applications, e.g. a B2B shop system and a B2C configurator, the codes can be shared among these applications. This means that vehicle-rim combinations can be saved in B2B shop systems, which will then also be available in the B2C configurator.
The module ProSubShop is probably one of the most powerful features of PROVIS 4. Using just a simple wizard, authorised users can create their own applications within your shop system.
When doing this, the user can freely choose whether they would like to create a simple B2C rim configurator or a complex and comprehensive shop for rims, tires and complete wheels. Which features the user wishes to apply remains completely up to them. They can of course adapt their application to the corporate design section of their own company or use pre-defined templates. The applications created can subsequently be integrated into an existing website or be used as a complete and self-sufficient shop.

Keep your customers informed - whether it's about special offers, important information or news on your company.
With the ProInformation module, create a message that is directly displayed in a pop-up on the start page after the login. In order to organise these messages, an administration area is available in which you can quickly and easily post new news.
Save your message in all the languages available in order to reach as many customers as possible. Limit the displaying of the message to a specific country and determine the number of times the message should be displayed.
If more than one message is activated for the same period of time, continue and back buttons are displayed in order to be able to switch between the notifications.
Offer your customers all the relevant payment methods from PayPal to credit cards, and right through to immediate money transfer - simple, secure and reliable.
The existing ordering process for PROVIS 4 is expanded by a further step with the inclusion of option where your customer can choose their preferred form of payment. The customer is then directed further by API to the website of the payment service provider and the payment can be completed there.
The payment system for PROVIS 4 is based on the provider ADYEN.
A contract between the client and ADYEN as payment service provider is necessary for the ProPayment module.
Book the ProHistory module if you have to frequently switch between various vehicles.
This saves the last 6 vehicles that you selected using the vehicle search function. You can switch directly to the assembly platform by using the clearly structured menu in the header.
