The Augsburg-based BMF Media Information Technology GmbH (BMF) will present a revised 3D configurator (“BMF ProVis 3rd Party Configurator”) in time for the 2022 spring season. Some features and improvements will be rolled out across all systems in the coming weeks.
“With optimizations in our innovative and flexible ProVis core, we have made further performance improvements and thus achieved even faster access times, which remain stable throughout the season even under high load,” explains Stephan Schulze (Managing Director of the BMF and for the technical department Area responsible).
The BMF also provides new and modern backgrounds as well as an optimized assembly stage free of charge for the visual display.
“We can let the cat out of the bag at this point and present a few features, such as the new tire air pressure module, tightening torques for wheels and a revised vehicle search with a marketing area that can be individually designed by customers,” describes Heiko Foltys (managing director and responsible for the commercial area). Speaking of marketing: In the future, the 3D configurator will offer the opportunity to advertise products as “bestsellers” – and also to place individual marketing texts about wheels, tires and TPMS in a targeted manner.
